A feast without food is like dancing without music

White bread from Lapa made of wheat flour, and cheese from Lapa made of goat and/or cow milk are delicacies that have been prepared since ancient times in Lapa village (Viseu).

To finish the travel to this pilgrimage site all you need is good white bread with its tasty light dough together with delicious light yellow medium hard cheese of silky white cream. It may be the happy beginning or ending of a meal or of frugal nibbles before going back home.
